We want you to love your results. Every Bomha order is covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee.

Our 60-day guarantee

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we will refund you in full. You may keep or dispose of the product — we do not require empty tubes to be returned for guarantee claims.

How to request a refund

Email support@bomha.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
Tell us briefly what went wrong. No lengthy forms.
We will reply within 1–2 business days with confirmation or return instructions.

Returns of unopened items

Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 60 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect. Please do not send anything back before contacting us — returns received without prior contact may not be processed.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email support@bomha.com within 14 days of delivery with a photograph of the item and packaging. We will replace it or refund you in full, including any shipping paid, at no cost to you.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once processed, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges are refunded where the return is due to our error.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders are covered by the same 60-day guarantee. To stop future charges, cancel your subscription before the next renewal date — see our Subscription Policy. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund an order that has already been charged; contact us if you need a refund for a recent renewal.

Order cancellations and changes

We aim to dispatch quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but it is still covered by the 60-day guarantee.

Your statutory rights

These terms are offered in addition to, and do not affect, your statutory rights. Customers in the EU and UK have a right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason; our 60-day guarantee runs alongside that right.
