Subscription Policy

Please read this policy carefully.

Bomha offers an optional Subscribe & Save purchase option. Subscribing is never required — every product can be bought as a one-time purchase.

How the subscription works

You choose Subscribe & Save at checkout and receive a discount on every order.
Your order is delivered every 1 month unless you choose a different interval.
Your saved payment method is charged automatically on each renewal date at the discounted price shown in your cart, plus shipping and any applicable taxes.
There is no minimum number of orders, no contract and no cancellation fee.

Renewal and billing

Your first payment is taken at checkout. Each subsequent payment is taken automatically on the same day of the following period. We email you before each renewal so you always know a charge is coming. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice; you may cancel before any change takes effect.

How to cancel, pause or change

You can cancel at any time, including before your first renewal. Two ways:

Use the subscription management link in any of your subscription emails.
Email support@bomha.com from the address you ordered with and we will action it for you.

The same methods let you pause deliveries, change the interval, skip an order, change the shipping address or update your card.

Cancellation timing

Cancellations take effect immediately and stop all future charges. To avoid being charged for the next delivery, please cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. If a renewal has already been charged, contact us — it is still covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails we retry a small number of times over the following days and email you so you can update your card. If payment still cannot be taken, the subscription is paused rather than cancelled, and no order is shipped.
