9. Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes are limited to one per order unless stated otherwise, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time. We may cancel orders where a code has been used in a way we consider abusive.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos and design — belongs to Bomha or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

12. Reviews and submissions

If you send us reviews, photographs or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in our marketing. You confirm the content is yours to share.

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
